Meet the Team

Clarissa, born and raised in Rutherford County, is the Executive Director of The Rutherford Long Term Recovery Group. A dedicated mother to three little ones, she brings experience in disaster recovery and case management. She has worked directly with individuals and families impacted by Hurricane Helene, helping them navigate complex recovery systems, including FEMA assistance, housing repairs, and unmet needs support. Through her work, Clarissa has played a key role in coordinating resources, building partnerships with local nonprofits and faith-based organizations, and guiding long-term recovery efforts across Rutherford County. Her approach is rooted in compassion, organization, and a strong commitment to helping residents return to safe, stable housing
